Childline (0800 1111): A free 24-hour counselling service for children and young people up to their 19th birthday in the United Kingdom provided by the NSPCC.

The Mix (0800 808 4994): A free and confidential information and help on a wide range of issues for 13 to 25 year olds including, sex and relationships, your body, mental health, drink and drugs, housing, money, work and study and crime and safety .

Citizen’s Advice: General information for young people including employment, housing, family matters, money, benefits, health, the law, travel and transport.

Bullying UK (0808 800 2222): Advice and support for parents/ carers dealing with bullying.
